How soon will my expert advisor be available after payment?

Depending on the complexity of your chosen trading signals, we will need a maximum of 10 days to complete and deliver your order. If ordering an already precompiled EA (see https://www.mt4advisors.com/search/label/FLEX), this will be deliver within hours, usually the same day.

What is your refund policy?

If we will ever be unable to deliver a order in time, or this will not meet the customer instructions, we will offer the full refund. This didn't happen before.

Where can I read reviews about your EA and your company?

How many accounts can I use my FLEX EA to trade?

Each FLEX license is capable of trading up to 5 live trading accounts at once, and unlimited demo accounts. However, the lice accounts can be changed (see https://www.mt4advisors.com/p/license-update.html).
