Account Re-Binding Procedure
RobotFX License Change
Update or transfer your bound live trading account numbers for purchased RobotFX software tools.
Every licensed RobotFX product can be bound to up to five (5) live trading accounts simultaneously. Demo accounts are unlimited and do not count toward your license limit.
To modify, add, or transfer your bound live trading account numbers to a new broker account, please complete the license change request process. A $10 processing fee applies per item update to cover re-compilation and database validation.
Step-by-Step Request Instructions

Submit Processing Fee ($10 / item): Complete payment using the checkout form below:
- Notify Support Team: After submitting payment, email [email protected] with your order reference and the full list of account numbers.
License change requests are limited to a maximum of two (2) requests per year (one per semester). Please ensure all account numbers are verified prior to submission to prevent processing delays.
Important Notice: Your license change request email must include ALL active live trading account numbers (up to 5 total) that you wish to retain on your software license, including existing ones.
Free License Updates with Version Releases
When a major product update is released and announced on our blog or news channel, existing license holders can request updated account bindings free of charge alongside their update request.
Simply email support from your registered client email specifying the name of the owned EA or indicator along with your updated account list.
